Job Title: Utility/Admin Staff (PH) Location: Makati, Insular Life Salary: up to Php 16,000 Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Admin/Utility Staff to help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment. This entry-level role supports day-to-day operations, including cleaning, restocking supplies, handling errands, and assisting with basic maintenance and deliveries.

Ideal for someone hands-on, proactive, and ready to support different departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize office areas, restrooms, and pantry. Restock supplies (e.g., drinking water, coffee, tissue, soap). Handle garbage disposal and organize deliveries. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks. Support departments with errands, filing, and courier coordination. Assist with inventory, vendor coordination, and supply requests.

Help with scheduled cleaning, pest control, and equipment checks. Provide general support for office upkeep and events.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in utility, housekeeping, or maintenance work is a plus. Basic repair skills and good physical condition. Organized, trustworthy, and willing to learn. Able to work independently and follow instructions. Other Requirements: Amenable to work in shifting schedules, holidays, graveyard shift and weekend if required.
