Job description
This position is responsible for the overall guest service and satisfaction of the department, works directly with supervisor/manager with the daily shift activities of the Departments. This position is primarily responsible for checking in/out guests and being the information center of the hotel. Ensures that they follow all rules and regulations and that all company expectations are maintained.
