About the Role

Join Crowd. Strike's Professional Services Red Team as a Pathfinder intern and learn to think like an attacker to strengthen our clients' defenses. This hands-on internship focuses on offensive security techniques, simulated attacks, and real-world penetration testing. High-performing interns may receive full-time offers upon graduation.

• Red Team Internship operates on a hybrid model, requiring interns to work a mixed schedule of remote and 3 days in-person attendance. Interns must attend Crowd. Strike's Arlington, VA office for team meetings, collaboration sessions, and other essential events. Hybrid model is for the internship experience - post graduate full-time conversion opportunities with this team are currently REMOTE within the US.

What You'll Do

Crowd. Strike’s internship program includes soft skills development, shadowing opportunities, mentoring, and a capstone project. This role will be focused on Crowd. Strike’s Professional Services Red Team and will include the below topics: Red team engagement shadowing Mock red team engagement delivery A technical project of choice (tooling or process development or improvement) What You'll Need: Must be currently enrolled and completed at least 2 years at a 4-year undergraduate university by the start of the internship, working towards a degree in computer science, cybersecurity, technical buildout or other similar areas of study.

Graduating between December 2027

• June 2028. Interested in a career that involves frequent communication with internal colleagues and external customers on a daily basis. Have an offensive security mindset, some experience with scripting / programming, and a desire to keep up with the latest vulnerabilities and breaches. Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
