Shipment Readiness / On-Time Execution (new): confirm readiness and prioritise at-risk shipments, with a target of 90% or above, measured daily. Documentation, Port Shuttling and Customs Readiness (new): track missing documents and escalate ageing ones, with a target of 90% or above, measured daily. Billing and Invoicing: the existing billing bullet would add validating services, quantities and rates and resolving disputes.

The target would be 80% or above accuracy and 100% on time, measured monthly. Financial Hygiene and Accrual Compliance (new): complete and timely inputs for accruals, revenue, cost and vendor invoices, with a target of 100% completeness, measured monthly. Tracker and Reporting Discipline (new): a target of 95% or above completeness, reviewed weekly.

Volume Monitoring and Escalation (new): track volumes against the monthly commercial target and escalate shortfalls, with 100% escalation compliance, reviewed weekly. Depot Platform (new): record every managed or handled order, with a target of 100%, measured daily. General: owning customer issues, customer satisfaction, claims, commercial intelligence and Maersk values would stay, with small wording clean-ups.

The continuous improvement bullet would add using KPI results as the signal for where to act.
