Licensed Life Insurance Advisor | Remote | Commission Maple Bay Financial Corp. is looking for motivated, client-focused Life Insurance Advisors to join our growing remote team across Canada. This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity for licensed insurance professionals who want the flexibility to work remotely, manage their own schedule, and focus on helping clients find appropriate life insurance coverage.

The Opportunity As a Life Insurance Advisor, you’ll speak directly with individuals and families who have expressed an interest in life insurance. You’ll assess their needs, present suitable solutions, provide quotes, and guide them through the application process. You’ll have access to leads, digital tools, established sales processes, and ongoing coaching, allowing you to spend more of your time focused on conversations, closing business, and building your career.

What We Provide Leads Our marketing system generates inquiries from individuals who have requested information about life insurance. You won’t be expected to rely solely on personal prospecting to generate opportunities. 100% Commission Based Compensation Compensation is based on production and applicable commission schedules, with uncapped earning potential based on individual performance.

Remote Work Work from home while serving clients through telephone consultations and digital tools. Advisors can manage their schedules while working with clients across their licensed provinces. Responsibilities

Conduct telephone consultations with life insurance prospects Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Present products, provide quotes, and guide clients through applications Follow up consistently with prospects and manage opportunities in the CRM Maintain accurate client records and provide responsive client service Stay current on products, procedures, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards Maintain a professional and compliant approach throughout the sales process Important Information This is a 100% commission based independent contractor opportunity .

Advisors are responsible for their own taxes, licensing fees, insurance, and applicable business expenses.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Valid life insurance license in a Canadian province where we operate (excluding PEI and Quebec) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident and comfortable with telephone based sales Self motivated, organized, and able to work independently Customer focused with a consultative sales approach Comfortable with CRM systems and technology Strong follow up and time-management skills Sales experience is an asset Benefits Leads Provided – We invest in marketing to generate life insurance prospects who have requested information, so you can focus on client conversations and sales.
