We use the same kinds of tools, wrestle with the same creative problems and care about the same details as the people we're building for. That means we're designing for people with great taste, strong opinions and a very high bar for the tools they use.

So we're looking for a Product Designer with that same bar. We care more about the work you can show and the judgement behind it, rather than how many years you've been a Product Designer or what your title is on your resume. We want someone with a visual point of view about what good looks like and the product thinking to know when, where and why to apply it.
