Banking Payments Team Member-BPS

The Junior Analyst supports the Payments Investigations team by performing structured investigation and reconciliation activities for All Currency payment transactions. The role focuses on accurate case handling, data gathering, reporting and timely resolution under Team Leader guidance. The incumbent is expected to follow SOPs, controls and communication standards, maintain accurate records, meet agreed SLA/KPI expectations and escalate exceptions, potential fraud or unusual activity promptly.

English communication and willingness to work rotational/night shifts are important. The role provides a foundation in payment investigations, wire clearing and investigation procedures while developing the ability to manage cases independently.
