Job Summary
Responsible in providing specialized financial accounting services to RAMCAR Battery Group’s foreign affiliates namely, Supercharge Batteries, Marshall Power, Ramcar Batteries, Inc, and Century Motolite Battery. The outsourced Accounting services include but not limited to daily transaction upload and updating, month-end closing procedures, preparation of monthly schedules and reports, and other tasks that may be requested by the supervisor and/or manager as necessary.
- Processing of daily transactions 1.1. Customer payments posting and invoice clearing 1.2. Preparation of daily and weekly credit and collection reports 1.3. Coordination with client counterpart to increase accuracy of customer payment application 1.4. Updating foreign currencies valuation in SAP and manual file 1.5. Sending of billing statement and/or invoices requested by third party customers 1.6. Vendor master creation, as requested
- Month-end closing procedures 2.1. Posting of accruals and prepayment amortizations 2.2. Clearing of general ledger accounts 2.3. Allocation of expenses 2.4. Payments allocation to invoices (PBI) 2.5. Fixed asset depreciation run 2.6. Uploading of account balances to SAP for newly acquired businesses 2.7. Invoice processing of selected vendor accounts and uploading of expenses to SAP
- Preparation of monthly schedules and reports 3.1. Bank reconciliations and recording of reconciling items 3.2. Intercompany reconciliations 3.3. Fixed asset lapsing schedule and report 3.4.
