Special Accounts Assistant Manager

The primary purpose of this position is to provide quality service to the credit union members and support branch and contact center staff. The Special Accounts Servicing Assistant Manager will serve as a liaison between the members, staff and the credit union for products and services related to IRA’s, Trusts, Power of Attorneys, conservatorships, estates, and deceased account processing.

This includes but are not limited to: Plan administration of IRA accounts, administering distributions, tax reporting, processing transactions on IRA accounts and supervising the Special Accounts Servicing team.
