What You’ll Do

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll help homeowners keep their homes safe and comfortable while providing an outstanding customer experience.

You will:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems

Perform HVAC service and maintenance calls

Accurately identify system issues and recommend appropriate solutions

Clearly explain findings and options to homeowners

Educate customers so they can make informed decisions about their home comfort

Build trust through professional, honest communication

Identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, indoor air quality products, and system replacement when appropriate

Complete accurate service documentation

Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle

Work closely with dispatchers, managers, and other technicians

Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call

What We’re Looking For

Residential HVAC service experience required

Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Experience servicing and repairing residential heating and cooling systems

Excellent communication skills

Comfortable speaking with homeowners and explaining technical information in an easy-to-understand way

Customer-focused and solutions-oriented

Ability to confidently present repair and replacement options

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Professional appearance and attitude

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to pass required pre-employment screening

ServiceTitan experience is a plus
