Marketing Strategy & Planning Director

The Director of Strategy & Planning serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Chief Marketing Officer and EMC leadership team. Helping shape, operationalize, and monitor EMC's long-term strategic direction. This role leads the annual and ongoing business planning process, ensuring alignment between enterprise priorities and organizational objectives.

Working closely with the EMC Leadership Team, the position drives strategy formulation, establishes clear outcomes and success measures, and creates transparency into progress against strategic goals.
