Pepe's Shift Manager

Role Overview Pepe’s Mexican Restaurant is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for leading the team, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting a positive and productive work environment.

The Shift Manager plays a key role in driving performance, accountability, and consistency.
