Participate in fieldwork and construction reviews: Visit project sites at various stages, observe existing conditions, and review contractor work to help ensure construction aligns with approved plans and specifications.
Collaborate with clients and project teams: Communicate with municipal clients, contractors, and colleagues to address technical questions, resolve project challenges, and keep deliverables moving forward. Continue developing your expertise: Learn from experienced engineers, share ideas, and gradually take on greater technical responsibility as you grow within the Drinking Water Program.
