Full Time Office Coordinator-Bilingual Required

We partner with retailers to support their garden centers throughout the Midwest, Northeast, and the South-Central regions of the United States.

We currently grow products in 5 states, service stores in more than 20 states and are the 11th largest greenhouse grower in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the HR team to support our leaders and employees on all aspects of HR needs of the organization: recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, employee relations, training, etc. Coordinate and plan special employee events and community events. Assist with special projects and provide other support to other departments as needed.

Experience/Education: Bi-lingual in Spanish is a must. Proficiency with computers and Office Suite software –Word, Excel, Outlook is required. Strong attention to details & organizational skills, Minimal travel (1-2x a year) to other sites as needed, 1-2 day duration per trip.
