You will influence cross-functional stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and support Workday Recruiting improvements. Work model: Onsite or Remote (prefers San Jose or Western US; PST timezone preferred). Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Lead discovery and design sessions to convert business needs into clear, actionable requirements Perform impact analysis across Workday Recruiting and downstream integrations to prevent risk Develop and own end-to-end testing strategy, plans, scenarios, and scripts Execute QA and manage defects to ensure timely identification and resolution Partner with operations to facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Perform basic Workday Recruiting configuration (business process modifications, notifications, alerts, questionnaires) Recommend and implement continuous improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or Business Systems Analysis roles Direct experience with Workday Recruiting testing and basic configuration Deep understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and workflows Experience with QA/UAT methodologies and defect management Ability to perform system impact analysis across integrations and downstream processes Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and focus on data accuracy and system integrity Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in business terms Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience Here's What Else Might Help You Out Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) Experience working with HR systems, integrations, and SaaS platforms Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, and analysis Pay Range $45.
