Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule and job duties What You’ll Do Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and family member Support providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately Room patients, take and document vital signs, and update charts in the EMR Administer medications and injections per provider orders, following all documentation and safety protocols Keep patient records up to date, including medications, allergies, and medical history Answer phone calls, respond to patient needs, and route messages appropriately Help keep clinic operations running smoothly in a fast-paced setting What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred Active and appropriate Medical Assistant or nursing certification/licensure required Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and nursing practices Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude Ability to work well in a team-oriented, high-energy environment Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed Join the Bayview Difference At Bayview Physicians Group, you’re more than an employee—you’re a valued part of a healthcare team making a real impact every day.
