Genesys Cloud CX Solution Architect

CTG is seeking a Genesys Cloud CX Solution Architect for our client. Location: Pittsburgh, PA Duration: 5 months Duties: Design and implement Genesys Cloud CX and CCaaS solutions. Lead platform configuration, development, and systems integration. Develop scalable solution architectures to support customer experience transformation.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure performance, reliability, and seamless integration. Skills: Genesys Cloud CX architecture, implementation, and configuration. CCaaS, contact center platforms, and solution architecture. Systems integration and customer experience solutions. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux preferred.

Experience: Proven experience implementing Genesys Cloud CX solutions and integrating enterprise contact center platforms. Strong background in solution architecture and scalable system design.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
