Talent Administrator

Shimadzu Scientific Instruments is seeking a Talent Administrator to support the Talent Acquisition team through recruiting analytics, candidate coordination, program administration, early career initiatives, recruitment marketing, and recruiting events. This role will help ensure recruiting data is accurate, candidates and hiring teams receive timely support, and key Talent Acquisition programs operate effectively.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing data-focused work with recruiting coordination and communication. In this position, you will partner with candidates, hiring managers, company leadership, universities, vendors, and staffing partners while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
