AND OWNERSHIP For the kinds of founding roles we most often create through this path, base salary is $125K-$250K and equity is 0.25%-1.50%. The actual package will depend on the role, seniority, and scope we define together. WHAT TO SEND

You see important work before it becomes a formal job description and can explain your thesis without exaggeration.
