Position Summary

The HR Intern will support key initiatives within the department while gaining hands-on experience in a professional corporate environment. This internship provides an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real business challenges, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop valuable career skills. Internship Project Key Responsibilities Assist with recruiting activities, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting candidate communications.

Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires. Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events. Maintain confidential HR records and assist with data entry and reporting. Participate in HR projects focused on talent acquisition, employee experience, and process improvement.

Assist with internship program activities and networking events. Partner with HR team members on special projects and presentations. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed .

Qualifications

Required Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Rising sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Preferred Previous leadership experience through campus organizations, volunteer work, or employment. Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Experience working on team projects and collaborating with others.
