What You'll Do

Provide professional, attentive service at weddings and events Set up and break down event spaces Serve plated meals, buffets, and passed hors d'oeuvres Maintain clean and organized service areas Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional hospitality Work closely with event captains and team members Execute events with precision, timing, and attention to detail What We're Looking For Prior serving or bartending experience required for those roles Bartenders must be 21+ | Servers 18+ | Support staff 16+ Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods Availability for weekends and some holidays What You'll Get Compensation & Perks Earn $13 - $35+ per hour (with gratuity) Weekly pay via direct deposit Flexible scheduling based on events 50% off meals at all HOUSEpitality locations PTO accrual starting Day 1, usable after 1 year Full-Time Benefits Available after one year at 30+ hours per week: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term disability and life insurance at no cost to you Tuition reimbursement for personal and professional growth Our Culture We lead with Integrity, Knowledge, Empowerment, and Innovation.
