Human Resources Intern (Summer 2027)

A Human Resources Intern at Nemacolin will gain meaningful experience in the people practices that shape the associate experience within a luxury hospitality environment. Over this 12-week internship, you will work alongside human resources, recruitment, communications, benefits, and learning and development professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to candidate screening, associate engagement, event coordination, internal communication, and cross-department collaboration.

Through this experience, you will turn classroom knowledge into practical skills while developing the perspective to pursue a career in human resources, hospitality leadership, learning and development, or associate event management.
