Role details For any enquiries kindly get in touch with your TA Partner - [email protected] The Hiring Manager for this role is Geniere Aplin Fixed term up to 6 months What you'll be working on Establishing best-practice enterprise strategic planning, governance and performance frameworks Designing and embedding pragmatic executive rhythms, reporting cadences and decision-making forums Driving enterprise prioritisation, investment discussions and benefits realisation approaches Strengthening organisational visibility of strategic performance, risks and delivery outcomes Creating consistent approaches to planning, monitoring and accountability across the enterprise Improving the quality and effectiveness of executive and Board reporting Leading and developing a high-performing Strategy & Office of the CEO team What you'll bring Significant experience leading enterprise strategy, transformation, corporate planning or business performance functions within complex organisations Demonstrated success forming and embedding pragmatic strategic planning frameworks, governance models and operating rhythms that improve organisational execution Experience partnering closely with executive leadership teams and boards to drive alignment and decision-making Strong understanding of enterprise governance, investment prioritisation and performance management Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and bring together diverse perspectives around common goals Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical capability and commercial judgement Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams A relevant Bachelors degree, MBA or postgraduate qualification desirable Role Description
