Wellness Director (LPN/RN)

Inlet Coastal Resort, a family-owned assisted living and memory care community, is seeking a Wellness Director to lead our care team. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with residents and families, support staff, and help shape the quality of care throughout our community.

Your Role

Lead daily clinical operations across assisted living and memory care. Supervise, mentor, and support caregivers, medication technicians, and nursing staff. Oversee medication management, including med cart audits and staff training. Maintain compliance with South Carolina assisted living regulations and community policies.

Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate, current Individual Service Plans (ISPs). Partner with families, physicians, and the Executive Director to coordinate resident care. Lead quality assurance efforts and follow through on opportunities for improvement. Manage staffing schedules, ensure appropriate coverage, and monitor overtime.

What You Bring An active South Carolina LPN or RN license . At least 3 years of experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care. At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience . Strong knowledge of South Carolina assisted living regulations. Experience with resident assessments, care planning, and medication management.

Clear communication, sound judgment, and a supportive, accountable leadership style. Additional Requirements Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend needs.
