RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options QUALIFICATIONS:
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
