Key Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels, material movement, and stock availability to ensure operational requirements are met. Maintain inventory records and update stock transactions using SAP or other inventory management systems. Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, production, and operations teams to ensure timely material availability.

Track material requirements, pending orders, stock discrepancies, and potential supply delays. Supervise day-to-day operational activities and ensure adherence to established processes and safety standards. Monitor operational performance, identify process bottlenecks, and coordinate corrective actions. Maintain reports and trackers for inventory, material consumption, stock movement, and operational performance.

Coordinate quality checks and support the resolution of material-related issues. Identify opportunities to reduce material wastage, improve inventory accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
