Financial Regulatory Technician - Real Estate Tax Technician

The Real Estate Tax Technician supports the City’s assessment and collection of real estate taxes by performing research, account maintenance, billing support, and customer service activities within the Real Estate unit. The position assists with relief programs, prepares applicable notices and records, and provides second-line support for escalated Real Estate inquiries.

Work is performed in accordance with established procedures, policies, and statutory requirements to ensure accurate and timely administration of property tax obligations.
