Branch Manager - Bank

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Skills: Proven leadership and management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze financial data and manage operations effectively. Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.

Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with prior managerial experience preferred. Experience in enhancing branch performance and improving customer satisfaction.
