Recovery Specialist - Behavioral Health Services - Evergreen - Full-Time Evening Shift: Mon - Fri & E/O weekend (24490)

The Recovery Specialist will serve as a role model, mentor, advocate and motivator to recovering individuals in order to help prevent relapse and promote long-term recovery. The Recovery Specialist must demonstrate an ability to share personal recovery experiences and to develop authentic peer-to-peer relationships. The specialist must be able to perform a number of patient related responsibilities such as conducting assessments, leading group sessions, helping develop life skills and potentially facilitating interventions.

Recovery Specialist is someone with advanced knowledge of the program and how to optimally navigate through its features, support successful client treatment outcomes; ensure the patient receives quality treatment services in an appropriate treatment setting.
