• Sun) Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting the bar team throughout service Delivering exceptional and engaging guest experiences Coaching, developing and motivating team members Supporting daily bar operations, including stock and shift management Maintaining service, operational and compliance standards Working collaboratively with venue leadership to create a positive and high-performing team environment About you Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a bar or hospitality environment Strong bartending and beverage knowledge A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service Confidence coaching, developing and motivating a team Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work across a rotating roster On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
