Paid Training! The Position: The professional line cook prepares food to the chef’s exact specifications for excellent food quality and consistency in this high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

Assist the Executive Chef in the executive chef daily tasks Inform the Executive Chef of special needs for ingredients, food stock and materials Must be able to cook at any station in the kitchen Cook menu items on the line Plate food according to chef specifications Interact effectively with food expo/servers to address special needs and requests Comply with nutrition and sanitary regulations and safety standards and report violations and breaches to executive chef Schedule: Shifts available Wednesday
