Carolina Family Estate Planning is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to guide prospective clients through the decision-making process and help them move forward with estate planning services.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where success is driven by your ability to connect, communicate value, and follow through.

Compensation and Benefits Overview

Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives with On-Target Earnings of $80,000+.

A Day in the Life

You will conduct consultations with prospective clients who are already interested in our services-no cold calling required.

Your role

is to understand their goals, guide them through their options, and help them take the next step. You will also track your results, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate records. Shorter sales cycles means you are able to work with many families to secure the future they are looking for.

You may also present educational seminars to prospective clients.

This role requires strong ownership, discipline, and the ability to consistently follow through.

Schedule and Location

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Location: Cary, NC (hybrid based on client needs)

Qualifications

• Experience in B2C sales or consultative sales

• Strong communication and closing skills

• Highly organized and results-driven

• Comfortable working toward performance metrics
