[IT One] SAP FM (Internship)

In this role, you will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to apply agile practices, solve problems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while building your expertise in SAP FM, change management, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Co-create transformation and continuous improvement strategies with clients and internal teams. Support the adoption of core agile and scaling practices that help sustain organizational change. Contribute to building Business Agility capabilities, methods, assets, and offerings for clients. Participate in problem-solving discussions and translate insights into practical improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to support transformation initiatives and agreed outcomes. Apply foundational SAP FM knowledge to relevant business and transformation activities. Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and communication. Continuously develop expertise in agile practices, transformation approaches, and emerging ways of working.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study. Beginner-level proficiency in SAP FM. Foundational understanding of business transformation, agile practices, or continuous improvement. Ability to apply analytical thinking to business problems and identify potential solutions. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Willingness to learn evolving practices, tools, and approaches in a dynamic working environment.
