Starting hiring salary - $17.00 hourly DEFINITION Responsible for the safety and well-being of all participants in the pool area, Lifeguards with the City of Brighton minimize hazardous situations by enforcing pool rules, identifying potential hazards before they arise and maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the Aquatics facilities.
This position must work well in group settings and with the public, while providing excellent, respectful customer service which supports the City of Brighton's mission and values. SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED Works under the supervision of the Aquatic Coordinator(s), Assistant Pool Manager(s) and Head Lifeguard.
