Deskside Support Engineer

The Depot Operations Technical Specialist supports depot operations by imaging and configuring devices, testing updates, maintaining hardware inventory, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and coordinating hardware dispatches. This position also trains new employees, evaluates operational needs, and recommends process and technical solutions that align with established standards.
