The Care Coordinator Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to a team of Care Coordinators, ensuring high-quality care management services, regulatory compliance, and timely documentation while supporting children and families with complex medical and behavioral health needs. Reporting to the Director of Healthcare Management, this role provides supervision, staff development, quality assurance, and community collaboration to promote positive client outcomes and program performance.
