Assistant Sales Manager

Assistant Sales Manager Full-Time Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team and help lead day-to-day operations. This role works closely with the Sales Manager to develop team members, meet sales goals, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven background in sales.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations and team performance. -Coach, mentor, and support sales staff to meet individual and team sales goals. -Help manage the sales floor and ensure all customers receive high-quality service. -Monitor KPIs and contribute to the development of strategies that increase revenue.

-Assist in scheduling, training, and onboarding new sales team members. -Step in to handle escalated customer issues and provide effective solutions. -Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends. -Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by team members. -Help with inventory management and merchandising as needed.

Requirements

-Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role (automotive or retail preferred). -Leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. -Basic understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting.

-Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. -Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
