M&E Engineer (Quality Inspections)

Provide technical support and advice to an authority for the building projects during construction stages. Conduct inspections at construction sites Provide assistance to authority in reviewing the M&E drawings, plans, materials,etc., Supervise the Testing and Commissioning (T&C) of the M&E system Report in a timely manner the inspection findings to authority's Project Managers Facilitate in developing M&E works-in-progress Checklist for authority's acceptance Requirements Relevant academic qualification in an Engineering discipline.

A candidate shall be accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) Minimum 5 years of relevant practical experience in full-time supervision of building works in a construction site in Singapore A candidate shall possess relevant experiences in managing construction quality Candidates shall be familiar with the relevant Code of Practices, CONQUAS, Industrial good practices
