Overview

The Territory Manager is responsible for overseeing daily security operations across all client sites within an assigned territory for Liberty Defense Group LLC. This role holds full scheduling authority for the territory, conducts monthly site visits, and provides on-the-job training for all territory employees. The Territory Manager manages day-to-day client relationships at the site level, approves regional timekeeping, and escalates disciplinary, client, and sales issues to the appropriate leadership contact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Management

• Manage and direct daily security operations within all active locations in a pre-determined territory
• Hold full scheduling authority for own territory.
• Conduct regular site visits, at minimum once per month per site.
• Handle call-out coverage within own area.
• Assist in tracking and keeping territorial expenses at a reasonable minimum (travel, lodging, per diem, overtime and other operational costs) in alignment with company standards and goals
• Coordinate with Operations Manager for all individual licensing steps in assigned territory to ensure effective tracking Talent Management
• Provide on-the-job training (OJT & drug testing) for every individual employee within the territory. Client Relationship Management
• Manage day-to-day client relationships at the site level. Timekeeping & Administration
• Approve timekeeping for the region. Escalation & Support
• Escalate more in-depth disciplinary issues to Operations Manager.
• Escalate client and sales issues to VP of Operations.
