Maintenance Assistant

Permanent job opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant to join a worldwide hotel group. Working at a stylish hotel near Rotherhithe, London. Salary up to £22.5k pa + excellent benefits. Shifts, Mon-Fri including weekend work. JOB DUTIES Attend to all room repairs & maintenance, log all the records & notify management regarding issues.

Some basic carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating & general lifting & shifting. Maintain tools and equipment, ensure working areas are in good condition. Responsible for assisting any onsite maintenance contractors. JOB REQUIREMENTS The Maintenance Assistant job will suit someone who has experience in a similar job role in a hotel or commercial building.

Ideally be multi skilled, organised, hard working & have excellent contactable references. Have very good guest relations & customer services skills.
