Supervisor of Accounts Payable

POSITION SUMMARY

The Supervisor of Accounts Payable is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounts payable operations and supervising the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. This position provides hands-on leadership to the AP team, monitors workflow and performance, supports vendor issue resolution, and ensures transactions are processed in accordance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable accounting requirements. The Supervisor of Accounts Payable works closely with Finance, Purchasing, Operations, and other departments to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies and maintain effective accounts payable processes across multiple ERP systems, including P21 and SAP.
