The primary aim is to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and client expectations. The role involves managing a team of electricians, coordinating schedules, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to client deadlines.
• Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, team performance, and any incidents or deviations from plans.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Qualifications: Required Education:
• High school diploma or GED required. Experience:
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within the electrical industry.
• Extensive experience in electrical service work, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of electricians effectively.
• Experience in coordinating project schedules and ensuring adherence to industry standards and client expectations. Skills and Abilities:
