QA Manager OMS

This individual will provide overall leadership and focus on the quality program for the manufacturing plant. The incumbent will promote / drive the key initiatives of safety, quality and delivery utilizing the various tools and programs available within O’Neal Manufacturing Services. This individual must have strong technical expertise, a thorough working knowledge of quality assurance principles, be an effective communicator, and display outstanding leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective management skills as well as a strong emphasis on continuous improvement through the application of lean principles and 6-Sigma methodologies. The incumbent must have a strong background in manufacturing and experience interacting effectively with customers.
