Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Philippines (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote) Department: Human Resources Job Summary We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through interview coordination and hiring. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the APAC talent market, excellent communication skills, and experience recruiting across a variety of roles and industries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer and hiring. Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities. Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.

Conduct resume screening, phone/video interviews, and initial candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Monitor recruitment progress, manage multiple requisitions and deadlines, and provide regular hiring updates and reports. Stay informed on APAC labor market trends, local hiring practices, and relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience recruiting within the APAC market; BPO, technology, or corporate recruitment experience is a plus. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment/sourcing tools, including ADP. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities. Working knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with high-volume recruitment. Proficiency in LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques. Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing. Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment reporting, metrics, and pipeline analysis.

Requirements

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, including ADP. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
