• Our Truck Drivers Are Our Best Asset In Utah we have Local, Part-time, casual, relay and OTR Locals Hourly rate based on experience. $23-$26 (Within a 300 mile radius) OTR Drivers- We pay based on experience. Starting pay is between .50 -.60 CPM, plus added incentives like production, 12500 miles a month adds .02 and safety adds .02. Reviewed at 90 days then every year on your anniversary. $70,000 - $80,000 Per Year for 1st Year Truck Drivers Production and Safety Bonus Annual Pay Increases Weekly Pay/Direct Deposit $2,000 Truck Driver Retention Bonus
