Position Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing general accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and responsible for month-end and year-end close processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details: Position: Accounting Manager Location : Rockmart, GA Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 Full Benefits : Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, ESOP Key Responsibilities Review and approve daily transactions from A/R, A/P, billing and payroll Support operations Oversee and mentor junior accounting staff Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage and execute month-end and year-end close processes Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation Analyze financial data and provide insights to management Assist with process improvements and system implementations Maintain accurate and organized financial records Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4–7+ years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP Experience with ERP systems (e.

g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Net. Suite, SAP, etc.) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to provide support to operations and management Experience in service or related industry a plus.
