Qualifications

Engineer in mechatronics Minimum 5 years experience in quality customer complaints department Experience in the analysis of mechatronic electronic assemblies Knowledge in quality and process engineering- Experience in dealing with customers from the automotive sector High autonomy, logical thinking and organizational skills Structured approach and above-average commitment English skills (written and spoken) German skills will be a bonus Responsibilities Support customer in case of customer complaint Analysis of complaints of mechatronic systems Documentation of the analysis results in the SAP QM module Definition of immediate, medium and long-term measures in collaboration with the process managers of the production plant, and specialist departments (R D, SQA, ...)

Creation of analysis reports and 8D reports as well as sending them to the customer Monitoring of the customer portals
