Facility Maintenance Job Description Location: Lee's Summit, MO, 64086 Skills Required: Maintenance We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance worker to join our team in Lee's Summit, MO. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and repair work, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, Inspect and maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical Respond to maintenance requests from our convenience stores and address issues in a timely manner Maintenance all commercial kitchen equipment, beverage equipment and fuel dispensing equipment Maintain a professional working relationship with the store team members and the customer Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance and repair work Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and carry heavy objects Valid driver's license Mechanical aptitude including basic knowledge of electronic equipment, electrical schematics, carpentry/tile repair, plumbing and painting If you are a hardworking individual with a passion for maintenance and repair work, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
