• D2D Energy Sales to enroll homeowners directly into energy power manager programs. This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission , offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities. Base pay + uncapped commission On-Target Earnings : $55,000 – $80,000+ Bi-Weekly pay Bonuses and incentives available Monthly Expense Allowance What You’ll Do Speak with homeowners/decision makers about energy needs Educate home owners on available solutions Help home owners select the right energy services Close sales and manage book of business Requirements Strong communication skills Motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods Reliable transportation No prior sales experience required.
