Viridian Staffing's (www.viridianstaffing.com) Client is seeking Warehouse & Fulfillment Associates to support warehouse, inventory management, and e-commerce order fulfillment operations for a hemp/CBD company in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. These are full-time, temporary positions with an anticipated assignment duration of more than two months and potential for longer-term opportunities based on business needs and individual performance.

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the Original staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry. As a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate, you will support daily warehouse and e-commerce fulfillment operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.

Responsibilities

will include receiving and counting incoming inventory, verifying product SKUs, labels, and quantities, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and efficiently. You will also assist with organizing inventory, identifying and reporting discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory records, and keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment handling federally compliant hemp/CBD products, with daily order volumes expected to increase as the business grows. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and a commitment to maintaining accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals.

You may also utilize e-commerce order management systems, inventory tracking tools, shipping software, and label-printing equipment. Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, inventory management, or e-commerce experience is preferred; however, candidates with related experience who demonstrate reliability, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Familiarity with hemp/CBD products is a plus but not required. If you are dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team in a growing industry, this may be an excellent opportunity for you.

Requirements

Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, inventory management, or related hands-on experience preferred Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment Strong attention to detail, particularly when verifying product SKUs, quantities, and shipping information Ability to follow established SOPs and workplace safety procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks Ability to maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively with team members Strong work ethic, dependability, and consistent punctuality Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy Ability to identify and promptly report inventory discrepancies or order errors Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory management, e-commerce fulfillment, and shipping systems Prior experience using shipping software, inventory tracking systems, or label printers preferred but not required Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, walking, bending, and handling inventory, with specific lifting requirements up to 50 pounds Interest in the hemp/CBD industry is a plus Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time | Day Shift Compensation: $20-$21/hour Employment Type: Temporary, Full-Time Anticipated assignment duration of more than two months, with potential for extension or longer-term employment opportunities based on business needs and performance.
